Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information to enhance their healthcare experience
  • Engage with patients to assess their healthcare needs and provide support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to meet required internet speeds of 100Mbps download and 20Mbps upload
  • Able to provide dual monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
