Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and customers to schedule appointments and provide information
• Assist members with benefits and insurance inquiries
• Conduct surveys through outbound calls to gather feedback

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Able to provide dual monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
