Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients and customers to schedule appointments and provide healthcare information
  • Conduct surveys and assist members with benefits and insurance inquiries
  • Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic support and guidance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
  • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload required
