Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding, and applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage work efficiently in a remote environment
