Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote, AR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries
  • Provide payment options and facilitate processing of payments while adhering to company policies
  • Document account information accurately and maintain understanding of account requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as healthcare applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian, is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to manage work effectively in a remote environment
