Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote, AR).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries
- Provide payment options and facilitate processing of payments while adhering to company policies
- Document account information accurately and maintain understanding of account requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
- Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as healthcare applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian, is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to manage work effectively in a remote environment
