Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote, TX).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries and concerns related to billing and insurance through inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve complex billing issues and provide payment options while adhering to client guidelines
  • Document account information accurately and maintain knowledge of account requirements and company policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare applications such as Artiva and Cerner Soarian preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing work effectively in a remote environment
