Job Summary

To elevate the patient experience, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage up to 60 calls daily in a remote call center environment, addressing patient inquiries, collecting payments, and updating account information.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns through direct phone interactions with patients, partners, and providers
  • Collect payments and provide guidance on payment options for outstanding balances
  • Utilize analytical thinking for account research, reconciliation, and updating account information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years' healthcare experience, preferably in medical billing and direct patient contact
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance billing
  • Preferred written/verbal fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity
