Job Summary

Passionate about healthcare, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to patients and members, assist with appointment scheduling and benefits information, and conduct surveys, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and health screenings
  • Assist members with benefits and insurance inquiries
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback from patients and members
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to show compassion
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and responsibilities
  • Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
