Job Summary

Passionate about healthcare, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to patients and members, schedule appointments, and assist with benefits and insurance information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to patients for appointment scheduling and health screenings
  • Make welcome calls and provide assistance with benefits and insurance inquiries
  • Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys and gather patient feedback
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to provide two monitors with HDMI and Display ports
