Job Summary
Passionate about healthcare, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to patients and members, schedule appointments, and assist with benefits and insurance information while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to patients for appointment scheduling and health screenings
- Make welcome calls and provide assistance with benefits and insurance inquiries
- Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys and gather patient feedback
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide two monitors with HDMI and Display ports
