Job Summary

Fielding customer inquiries in a remote environment, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will connect with clients through various communication channels to resolve questions and concerns while providing support and feedback.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Calmly de-escalate customer concerns and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
