Job Summary
Connecting with customers through various channels, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance while tracking call-related information for auditing purposes.
Key responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
- Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
- Track and report call-related information while providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
