Job Summary

Connecting with customers through various channels, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance while tracking call-related information for auditing purposes.

Key responsibilities
  • Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track and report call-related information while providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
