Job Summary
Providing high-quality support in a fast-paced contact center environment, the permanent remote Concierge Healthcare Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, document interactions, and resolve issues related to accounts and services for customers across the New York market.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internal systems in a professional and timely manner
- Research and resolve inquiries related to accounts, services, eligibility, claims, and billing
- Assist customers with account updates, service requests, and onboarding activities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
- Experience supporting customers within healthcare, insurance, or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with New York City and the five boroughs required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
