Job Summary
Providing essential support to patients, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist with high-volume calls, offer guidance on the MyChart patient portal, and troubleshoot telehealth appointments while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
- Provide login assistance and support for the MyChart patient portal
- Document patient inquiries and assist with telehealth appointment setups
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service
- Experience in a call center or managing high call volumes
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work assigned 8-hour shifts post-training
