Job Summary

Providing essential support to patients, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist with high-volume calls, offer guidance on the MyChart patient portal, and troubleshoot telehealth appointments while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
  • Provide login assistance and support for the MyChart patient portal
  • Document patient inquiries and assist with telehealth appointment setups
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service
  • Experience in a call center or managing high call volumes
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work assigned 8-hour shifts post-training
