Job Summary
Empathetic and patient-focused, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to patients and members to schedule appointments, provide benefits information, and conduct surveys, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for health screenings and assess patient needs
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback from patients and members
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
