Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time hourly Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist new and existing members and providers with billing inquiries, eligibility verification, and general support while managing a high volume of inbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls for healthcare member and provider inquiries in a call center environment
  • Assist with various tasks including enrollment, claims inquiries, and authorization status checks
  • Maintain awareness of performance impacts on members while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of healthcare experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connection
