Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time hourly Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist new and existing members and providers with billing inquiries, eligibility verification, and general support while managing a high volume of inbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for healthcare member and provider inquiries in a call center environment
- Assist with various tasks including enrollment, claims inquiries, and authorization status checks
- Maintain awareness of performance impacts on members while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 6 months of healthcare experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Data entry experience
- Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connection
