Dedicated and customer-focused, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide patient support, verify information, and assist with prescription benefits through inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Verify patient information and assist with concerns regarding prescription benefits
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to federal guidelines
Required qualifications
- 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8am-9pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Strong commitment to customer service and patient support
- Familiarity with healthcare programs and regulations
- Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
