Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient support
  • Verify patient information and assist with concerns regarding prescription benefits
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to federal guidelines
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8am-9pm EST, Monday to Friday
  • Strong commitment to customer service and patient support
  • Familiarity with healthcare programs and regulations
  • Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
