Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare service team, the full-time remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will guide customers through inquiries, provide effective solutions, and maintain accurate records while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges related to the product or service
- Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a healthcare background
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a private residence that matches the address on file
