Job Summary

Ensuring accurate and timely billing for healthcare accounts, the part-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist patients with inquiries regarding payments, claims, and coverage while working remotely from Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client healthcare accounts, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payments
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and benefits information
  • Adhere to applicable laws and company policies while performing duties
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in call center customer service, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to pass a home Internet Service speed test for remote work
  • Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for growth opportunities
