Job Summary
Ensuring accurate and timely billing for healthcare accounts, the part-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will assist patients with inquiries regarding payments, claims, and coverage while working remotely from Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client healthcare accounts, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payments
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and benefits information
- Adhere to applicable laws and company policies while performing duties
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in call center customer service, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to pass a home Internet Service speed test for remote work
- Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
- Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for growth opportunities
