Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Customer Service Representative will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payments, and medical claims while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage over 60 inbound and outbound calls daily regarding billing, payments, and coverage inquiries
  • Utilize standard procedures to gather information, research accounts, and resolve customer concerns accurately
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance performance and support department initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and medical terminology preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
