Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the part-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, verify patient information, and assist patients with their prescription benefits through inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and patient support regarding prescription benefits
  • Verify patient information and gather billing and medical data
  • Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
