Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the part-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide patient support, verify information, and assist with prescription benefits while working flexible hours between 8 am and 9 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
• Verify patient information and gather billing and medical data
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription benefits

Required qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm EST, Monday to Friday
• Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
