Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and patient support, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits inquiries during scheduled shifts from 8 am to 9 pm EST.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
• Verify patient information and assist with prescription benefits
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Familiarity with healthcare guidelines and regulations
