Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent patient support, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits inquiries while working flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and patient support through inbound and outbound calls
• Verify patient information and gather billing and medical details
• Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8am-9pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Passion for helping others in a customer-focused role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work remotely with provided equipment
