Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely from the United States.

• Handle enrollment, benefits, and claims calls
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• HIPAA knowledge
• Medical or medical insurance background preferred
• Prior BPO experience handling Healthcare campaigns is a plus
