Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of contract requirements and objectives
- Respond to provider inquiries through calls and written communications
- Educate providers on process protocols and perform necessary research for inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a call center or customer service position
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must maintain HIPAA Certification
- Claims processing/billing experience preferred
