Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, efficiently resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
