Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Customer Service Specialist II will serve as the primary contact for providers and Medicare contractors, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to written, telephonic, and electronic inquiries from providers and Medicare contractors
  • Educate providers on process protocols and manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and update tracking logs while performing necessary research to validate provider information
Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in a call center or customer service position
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Must maintain HIPAA Certification
  • Experience in claims processing/billing is preferred
