Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Healthcare Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of clerical support staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Interface with internal departments to resolve issues and communicate changes
  • Provide training and support to team members on workflows and requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or GED required; some college AS or BS degree is a plus
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive customer service experience in the medical or health insurance field
  • Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience managing clerical or administrative staff
  • Thorough working knowledge of CPT/HCPCs/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
  • Experience in medical claims processing or billing is required
