Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of clerical support staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Interface with internal departments to resolve issues and communicate changes
- Provide training and support to team members on workflows and requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required; some college AS or BS degree is a plus
- Minimum 6 years of progressive customer service experience in the medical or health insurance field
- Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience managing clerical or administrative staff
- Thorough working knowledge of CPT/HCPCs/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
- Experience in medical claims processing or billing is required
