- Monitor performance and conduct monthly 1:1s, while resolving and escalating operational issues
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and partner with internal departments to deliver top-tier service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- 2-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
