Job Summary
To drive customer success in the healthcare sector, the full-time Principal Customer Success Account Manager will manage key customer relationships, develop strategic roadmaps, and align Microsoft solutions with customer objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and influence key technical, business, and executive-level stakeholders to achieve customer business objectives
- Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders to prioritize engagements and drive customer success
- Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs, leveraging industry insights to facilitate digital transformation and operational health
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 6+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
