Job Summary
To support healthcare clients in achieving measurable business outcomes, the full-time remote Healthcare Customer Success Manager will manage relationships with executive sponsors, lead complex transformation programs, and drive platform adoption through strategic advisory and value realization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders across customer organizations
- Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, coordinating internal and customer resources
- Help customers define and communicate the business impact of automation and AI initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or related customer-facing roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale programs involving cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into automation opportunities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience discussing automation, AI, and enterprise software solutions with diverse audiences
