Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of healthcare provider clients, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will drive seamless onboarding and implementation of ROI services while building strong client relationships in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong early adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering trusted relationships with client stakeholders to drive engagement and retention
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in strategic customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of customer goals and strategies for effective consultative solutioning
- Proven ability to manage and influence through persuasion and negotiation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach and comfort in decision-making under uncertainty
- Robust project management and client management skills, with a focus on recurring revenue business models
