Job Summary

Serving as the senior executive partner to health system clients, the full-time remote Healthcare Customer Success Partner will manage strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Innovaccer's population health and AI platforms while mentoring team members and driving account growth metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Strategically oversee a portfolio of population health and AI platform clients, ensuring retention and expansion
  • Lead the successful deployment and operationalization of enterprise platforms, partnering with client executives for integration into core workflows
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to achieve regional growth targets and drive measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare provider services or enterprise healthcare technology
  • 5-10+ years in customer success or enterprise account leadership roles with C-suite engagement
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software, population health, or AI platforms in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of population health platforms and AI-enabled workflow solutions
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MD, or PhD preferred
