Key Responsibilities

Mentors and manages a team of data analysts
Creates mapping documents and supports ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers
Validates test plan results and updates technical specifications

Required Qualifications

7 years of healthcare business analytical experience
5 years of technical/SQL experience
2 years of project lead experience
Healthcare knowledge within a claims processing environment, preferably in Medicaid
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
