Key Responsibilities

Lead discussions with clinical and operational teams to design analytic reports using various data sources
Coach analytic engineers and provide technical guidance to operational teams
Analyze and visualize data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis and report writing
5+ years of SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL) and reporting experience with Crystal Reports or Power BI
5+ years of demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
5+ years of demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
