A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst (EPIC).

Key Responsibilities

Lead discussions with clinical and operational teams to design analytic reports using various data sources
Coach analytic engineers in principles and technologies to enhance team proficiency
Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights and collaborate with data scientists for predictive analytics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of analytical skills with a strong focus on quality
5+ years of experience with SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL) and reporting tools like Crystal Reports or Power BI
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
Power BI and EPIC knowledge are mandatory
