Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst II to support Operations leadership by managing key performance indicators through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and merge data from key sources using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Create reports and dashboards to reflect KPIs for Operations leadership
• Analyze reports to identify areas of opportunity and recommend improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Science, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, data analytics, or operational reporting
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience with TPA business models, including claims billing and processing
• Ability to create data models for forecasting and assessing business outcomes
