Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst IV specializing in Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze integrated datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions and improve clinical outcomes
Lead large-scale projects and develop reporting tools, translating business goals into actionable solutions
Mentor junior analysts and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 3+ years in IT
Preferred experience in healthcare analytics and knowledge of SQL/querying languages
Familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R is preferred
Experience with data visualization tools and report/dashboard development is preferred
