Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to capture reporting and analytics needs
• Translate requirements into data needs and ensure smooth integration into the reporting model
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights and optimize performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or informatics field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or feature engineering
• Advanced experience with BI tools such as Sisense or Power BI
• Strong hands-on skills with PostgreSQL and Python for data analysis
• Experience in healthcare and/or startup technology environments preferred
