Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to support analytics efforts for corporate growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and interpret data to identify actions that drive corporate growth
Support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze and develop networks

Required Qualifications:

High proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and coding in T-SQL, Spark SQL, or similar languages
2-5 years of experience in health plan or provider analytics, preferably in risk adjustment or quality
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
2-year degree required
