Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical solutions to provide actionable recommendations for key initiatives
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and apply statistical methods for business challenges
• Develop dashboards and prepare reports to assist in executive decision-making and present findings to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and healthcare claims
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, or SPSS)
