Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst / Algorithm Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare claims and encounter data to identify trends and compliance risks
Develop and maintain algorithms and SQL queries for coding reviews and compliance monitoring
Prepare data reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and audit teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or related work
Strong experience with SQL, including complex queries and data validation
Working knowledge of medical coding concepts, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
Experience with healthcare claims or encounter data required
