Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal healthcare interoperability program, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data, assist with data mapping and validation, and translate operational needs into actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare and operational data to support reporting, validation, and decision-making
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and analytical outputs
• Create queries, reports, and dashboards to enhance program visibility and operational insights

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data sources
• Experience analyzing healthcare or operational data in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance
