Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time Healthcare Data and Business Analyst will analyze healthcare data, develop complex dashboards, and provide expert guidance on the Prompt BI platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex dashboards in Metabase to track KPIs and analyze clinical and financial healthcare data
• Act as the technical Data SME during sales cycles, conducting demos and partnering with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
• Centralize data from multiple sources to create comprehensive performance dashboards for internal departments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in the healthcare software or services industry
• Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare regulations
• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced SQL for data querying
• Proven experience in a customer-facing, solutions-oriented, or pre-sales environment
