Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal healthcare interoperability program, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data, assist with data mapping and validation, and translate operational needs into actionable insights, all while working remotely from any location within the continental US.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare and operational data to support reporting, validation, and decision-making
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and create analytical outputs
• Document data definitions and quality considerations while identifying trends and anomalies in data sets

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data sources
• Exposure to FHIR, HL7, CCDA, or healthcare data integration workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance
