Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Strategic Accounts team, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will deliver data analyses and insights to drive decision-making for internal teams and external partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational excellence by analyzing utilization trends and identifying opportunities for improved reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop actionable recommendations through consultative problem-solving
• Enhance and standardize reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Data Science, or Statistics
• 2+ years of analytics and reporting experience in healthcare, including cost/utilization analysis
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presenting insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare claims and key performance indicators related to cost/utilization
