Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze extensive datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions, collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions, and support large-scale projects aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze data from various healthcare sources to identify trends and insights
• Support the execution of projects with minimal direction, managing multiple tasks and data reviews
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and management
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience in healthcare analytics and knowledge of statistical analysis techniques preferred
• Experience with report/dashboard development and data automation tools preferred
