Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting client configuration for benefits and eligibility, the full-time temporary Healthcare Configuration Data Analyst will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data configuration and testing, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for client configuration of benefits and conduct in-unit testing of new or changed requests
• Track configuration changes and ensure compliance with due dates for submitted requests
• Perform data quality validation and troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues related to internal customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required
• 3 years of customer service experience, with a preference for healthcare/insurance/eligibility experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including xLOOKUPs and macros
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet service commitments
• Proven ability to map, document, and analyze workflows effectively
