Job Summary
To support member data management, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will perform data analysis, reconcile member records, and provide operational support in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Review and resolve close matches in the iMDM Inspector work queue
- Analyze demographic and eligibility information to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support quality reporting, data audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in data analysis and record reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
