Job Summary
To support complex data and analytics initiatives in the healthcare payer domain, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Analyst will partner with business and technical teams to develop analytical solutions, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights using SQL and ETL technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data and reporting requirements
- Analyze complex healthcare payer data and provide meaningful business insights
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries while supporting ETL processes and data integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- 7+ years of data-analysis experience within a healthcare payer environment
- Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle
- 5+ years of hands-on ETL and data-engineering experience
- Strong healthcare insurance or payer-domain experience
